    Die Lage ist sehr gut.

    Leider gab es aber einige Probleme mit der Kommunikation. Der vorab mitgeteilte Türcode hat nicht funktioniert, sodass wir erst noch einmal nachfragen mussten. Außerdem hatten wir nur jeweils ein Handtuch pro Person. Trotz vier oder fünf Nachrichten wurden unsere Nachrichten zwar gelesen, aber leider komplett ignoriert und wir haben keine Antwort erhalten. Das war sehr enttäuschend und hat den Aufenthalt unnötig erschwert.

    Beautiful apartment. Modern design. Location was central to everything with an amazing view of St. Stephens Basilica.

    Location

    I was very disappointed with this apartment. It was not clean when we arrived. The dining table was covered with stains, making it obvious that it had been used by previous guests and was not properly cleaned. The bed sheets, pillowcases, and blankets did not seem freshly washed and looked like they had been used repeatedly. The bathrooms had a strong sewage smell as soon as you opened the door, and the shower had poor drainage, causing water to accumulate while showering. There were no basic amenities provided. We were not even given a complimentary bottle of drinking water upon arrival, which is something many accommodations offer. The entrance to the building felt unsafe and unpleasant, and the elevator was old and quite scary to use. Finally, the photos in the listing were very misleading. They did not accurately reflect the actual condition of the apartment. Overall, our experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here.
