    The property is very close to the town centre, so only a 3/4 minute walk to local shops etc and train station. As we were staying to attend a concert at Wembley, this was really convenient and only 3 stops away from Wembley Park station. Leaving the concert, all the crowds were getting trains back into London, so ours heading back to Harrow was empty with no long queues.

    As the positives were great for the reasons stated above, i really wanted to like this place, but there are flaws! Parking is an issue, we only got an answer to our parking request the day before and was told our car was too big. We actually only paid £20 for 3 full days at the shopping centre up the road. Room is very basic, and that's fine when you only really need somewhere to sleep, but mattress appears old and very uncomfortable. Noise from the neighbours was ridiculous. Screaming and shouting from house next door early in the morning, loud music with lots of bass Friday night. Not the hosts fault, but something to consider! Toilet had also been used before we arrived and not flushed. Cleaning seems to be a common theme from previous reviews. To be honest, room is looking very tired now, either needs renovation, or not to be advertised as luxurious.

    Adequate but could be so much better.

    Location. Comfortable bed.

    No toilet rolls, no tea towel. Dirty windows. Tatty creased bedding and no pillow protectors. Exposed wire in bathroom. Basic decoration / finishes.

    Fantastic location and great communication

    Superb location for Wembley!! We were really impressed, just a few minutes walk to the bars and shops, and plenty of choice. Wembley Stadium just a few stops away on the Tube too. Quiet road. We would definitely recommend !! Great communication too :)

    We were only there 2 nights, but one thing I did miss, was having another bed side table. But I am being picky now!
