    Beautiful peaceful location right on the beach which almost felt like our very own.

    There were a couple of maintenance and cleaning issues on arrival but excellent communication with the host and everything was resolved immediately so no complaints, we enjoyed our stay.

    Beautiful, tranquil and so restful, with easy access to activities.

    The location was beautiful and tranquil - we sat and watched so many birds and could hear everyone of them! the weather was amazing too. The sea was mesmerising and the local pub restaurant was super friendly and had excellent food. The peace and quiet was incredible but we were close to Alnwick too if we wanted a busy town. We also discovered Howick Gardens which were incredible and only 10 mins away. Following your house guide, we went to put the bin out on Thursday only to discover that a neighbour had already done it- so we made a point of bringing back in - this shows such a lovely community feel which is often not present around holiday properties. Great!

    The lighting downstairs, although adjustable, was a little dim in the lounge and the downstairs bedroom. We are readers and like some good lighting to be available.
