It's best to stay here for 2 nights and leave.
I stayed there for 6 nights, paid for cleaning services to my surprise R1400 I paid, was to find that place cleaned😳 but not to be cleaned throughout my stay. Mind you I only found out about this after payment this info it's not disclosed anywhere. I mean why would you pay R26k just to go and clean. Throughout my stay there were not enough shower gripping carpets, had to use their towels the house ended being smelly since they dont have Aircons to at least clear up the damp of towels. Cockroaches rule that place. Slept in same sheets for 6 nights😩😩😩😩

Overall, while the apartment does have positives, given the serious hygiene concerns, practical inconveniences, and lack
The apartment at 202, Shoreham – Sea Point, Cape Town has a beautiful view over Sea Point and features modern, simplistic amenities that are visually appealing. There was, however, no toaster, which is a minor but notable omission. The security guard, Jonas, was very helpful and professional and is a real asset to the building.
During our stay, we experienced a cockroach infestation, including both adult cockroaches and new hatchlings. We personally removed in excess of twenty, which raised legitimate concerns from a hygiene and comfort perspective. Roaches in the kitchen, roaches in the microwave and in the main bathroom! There was no response from the owner, and while the managing agent did apologise, no compensation or further resolution was offered, aside from noting that fumigation had taken place the week prior. It is also worth noting that parking is street-only. While this is mentioned under “Other” in the listing, it proved to be a significant inconvenience in practice, particularly for guests travelling with a trailer, and would benefit from clearer emphasis in the main description.
