    A comfortable and clean room with all the necessary facilities in a great location.

    Location is excellent. Bed was comfortable and all the necessary facilities were available. The shower was great (a sharp pull on the tap is required).

    The aspect is onto the carpark and if you have the door and shutters open you will be observed. I was fine with it but my wife found this slightly uncomfortable.

    Brilliant location and base for exploring Cornwall and Devon, terrific views and local restaurants within easy walking d

    Location, location, location - we used it as a base and it really was fantastic. Great restaurants in easy walking distance and the views were awesome. The accommodation was compact however just as expected and described on the photos and by Matt before we arrived.
