  Really nice and spacious apartment ideal for families or groups. I’ve slept on the bed sofa and it was comfortable as well. Location was great as well, close to a very nice park

  Unfortunately there is a family with kids leaving upstairs and you can hear them running around and screaming since the very early morning

  Nous avons adoré notre séjour en famille à Londres dans cet appartement. Nous le recommanderons.

  L'emplacement est vraiment super. Au calme mais proche de tout. Le confort des chambres, l'equipement de la cuisine parfait.

  Le canapé lit n'est pas confortable du tout pour une utilisation en couchage. Les canapés sont un peu vieillissants. Comme nous étions 5 cela posait un problème. Donc pour 4 personnes l'appart est mieux.

  Convenient and spacious flat in an excellent location that falls short on the "luxury" promised.

  The location is excellent - great access to the Underground; very safe neighborhood with restaurants (Demartino's!), pub (The Lucky Saint!), grocer, pharmacy, coffee shops all in walking distance. The flat was spacious and the cleaning service did well (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms were very clean). The kitchen was well equipped for a short stay. The internet service was good, which was especially helpful since the television did not work during our stay.

  The key pick up/drop off is very inconvenient: it's at a mini market almost a mile from the flat. The window coverings were dirty and in disrepair and there was a large stain on the sofa; when we reported this to the property owners, they took a very defensive posture and blamed us for the broken shade pull. The television was not in working order during our stay. The walls were covered in scuff marks and empty hooks -- definitely in need of painting. The bedrooms were carpeted, but there were no floor coverings in the rest of the flat -- not our idea of "luxury". Also: note that there are 4 stairs into the building and then another 2 stairs to get to the flat.

  Great stay in a great location - good for groups and family

  So big!! Great central location - perfect for getting around and exploring london both on foot and by tube. Clean and nice living area. Good for a group.

  The host was not available / responsive during check in time so when I encountered an issue with the check in process I had to wait a while until they responded to be able to check in. Overall not huge issue but best for host to be available during the allocated check in time.
