    Nothing

We needed to get up at 4am to get the early morning ferry but we only got about 2 hours sleep due to loud busy traffic (motorbikes and racers in car) driving up and down the main road all night. Clearly there was no double glazing. Then the fire alarm went off and when I contacted the out of hours number, instead of getting professional caring help, we received an inpatient abrupt unhelpful female. I was given via whatsapp several instructions to turn it off myself and told at some stage an electrician would arrive and if we couldn't smell fire it would be OK. So we decided to call the firebrigade to ensure it was safe to return. The fire brigade were not impressed with the alarm system as there was nothing to identify were zone 6 was or the electrician either and his lsck of knowledge, making excuses why he was so late in arriving. He also seemed to get the master key from the foyer behind the counter in a public area. Eventually, we went back to our room only to find someone was doing their washing in the room next to our room late at night so the washing machine was going and making a huge amount of noise. So no it was a terrible stay and our family barely got any sleep and we believe we should receive a refund. Regards Simon cleary

Great apartment in a great location.

Travel cot not usable as there was no base in it and too small for a 2 year old. Generally clean except for the floors which left feet and / or socks black. Needs a thorough mop and caroer clean

Loved how comfortable the beds were. Great Central location.

The sound of the motorbikes up & down the main road throughout the night. As grade listed & only single glazing you could not escape the noise.
