I expected the place to be much cleaner and better maintained, there is a problem with blockages in the sewage system in several rooms. The level of basic cleanliness is reasonable but not sufficient. There are no kitchen utensils that would allow the use of the cooking systems. The cooking oven is not clean and lacks equipment such as trays. There are not enough cleaning tools. The vacuum cleaners are not maintained. There is broken and outdated equipment in the parking lot that has become a warehouse.

The location is excellent, there is good accessibility to everywhere. The environmental maintenance is good and the complex is closed.

    Exceptional

This was the perfect spot for me and my family the kids had a ball. We couldn't keep them out the pools. The bed were so comfy and the staff was so nice and helpful. Just all around good experience.

    Great Experience

The location of the property was wonderful. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. We made several runs to Sam's and to Publix which worked out for us. I didn't know if I was communicating with the Host or Booking costumer service, but they went out of their way to answer all questions and made me feel like I was priority and not just a renter. Thank you

It would have been nice if there was an outdoor grill at the home and not have to rent one. One of the refrigerators did not work properly, but overall our stay was great.
