    The pools were nice and the view of the ocean was amazing.

    Consistently had issues with the washer and ac unit leaking, kept getting a run around about what what going on. They tried to blame the kids for going out on the balcony causing it to leak. We went without any air in the condo for over 24hrs which had it up to 80° in the condo. It was finally resolved on our last evening there when they replaced the fan in the ac unit. We also went without power for 3 hours with no reason as to why. When we tried to ask the issue was they ran away super quick to where we couldn’t find anyone. Unfortunately it was one issue after another and the maintenance team seemed to only half fix it when they came every day because we always had to call back for the same issue.
