La ubicación del lugar es extraordinaria, el personal muy amable y el acceso a la playa es estupendo.
Las instalaciones ya tienen varios años se necesita mayor mantenimiento, por ejemplo en la habitación teníamos una filtración de agua de la bañera, cada vez que se usaba había que estar secando el piso

Flooded room, nothing was said at check in. Told me to stay in a room with fans, dehumidifiers, wires and cords all over with young children. Clearly a safety hazard. Offered a refund and now the told booking.com they don’t own the room and won’t give me my money back. Out $860

There was a security guard that kept bothering my 18 year old son to get out of the gym even though repeatedly telling him he was 18.

I really love that they have starbucks. Even theough 16th floor flooded we were given another room and that was a plus!
When we walked into our room it smell like the bug spray was sprayed in there. It was so terrible that we we got a an air freshener to cover the smell.
