Ok - mehr nicht
Die Lage ist ideal. Ganz nah am Strand und schön gelegen zwischen großen Bäumen.
Kommunikation ist schleppend. Die wesentlichen Infos kamen zwar rechtzeitig. Fragen davor wurden jedoch gar nicht oder nur sehr knapp und kurz beantwortet. Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung war leider nur oberflächlich (z.B. waren auf auf dem Nachttisch noch Glasabdrücke von den Vorgängern). Die Balkone waren gar nicht geputzt. Auf den Wasserleitungen war kaum Druck. Duschen war mehr ein tröpfeln. Luxus hat die Wohnung leider nur im Namen. Auch die Möbelausstattung ist eher einfach - low Level. An sich hätte die Wohnung Potential, wird aber nicht genutzt.

Amazing Location!
Awesome location with a nice and easy walk to the beach. The aesthetics of the flat were very well done.
While the property has much to offer, it falls short of the luxury standard it commands. The furnishings noticeably flat-pack throughout undermines the premium feel, and the beds in particular need a significant upgrade. The dining area would also benefit from a more considered piece. A few carefully chosen artworks on the walls would go a long way toward elevating the overall atmosphere. With some investment in design and quality, this could genuinely be a standout property.
