  The apartment is in an excellent location, with public transport just a short distance away. The neighbourhood felt safe and pleasant. The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortably accommodates five people. The beds were also very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep.

  The apartment was generally okay, but there are a few things that could be improved. Although the apartment is advertised for five people, the sofa bed was not prepared upon arrival, and the extra bed linen was not in an easily visible place. The bathroom door could not be properly closed or locked. We also informed the host about this issue, but unfortunately, we did not receive any response regarding it. Some of the furniture is a little worn and could use some updating, and the apartment could have been cleaned more thoroughly in certain areas. Overall, the stay was fine, but addressing these details would make the apartment more comfortable and enjoyable for future guests.

  Μεγάλο διαμέρισμα, όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Λίγο μακριά από το κέντρο.

  Πολύ καθαρό και μοντέρνο σπίτι. Εξοπλισμένο με όλα όσα χρειάζεστε. Άνετα κρεβάτια, φορτιστές, πρίζες, καφέδες. Άνετος μεγάλος καναπές για να κοιμηθούν 2 άτομα.

  Βρώμικη βεράντα, η πόρτα της τουαλέτας δεν κλείδωνε, ήταν προβληματική. Για τον καναπέ τα κλινοσκεπασματα και τα μαξιλάρια πρέπει να είχαν χρησιμοποιηθεί. Βάλαμε δικές μας μαξιλαροθήκες. Το πολύ νωρίς check out, 10 το πρωί. Αν το σπίτι είχε ένα ακόμα μπάνιο θα ήταν τέλειο.

  Es war insgesamt alles bestens, und letztendlich hat auch alles reibungslos geklappt. Einen Kritikpunkt möchte ich jedoch anmerken: Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war leider sehr verzögert. Da ich mehrere Nachrichten erhalten hatte, die angeblich von der Unterkunft stammten und in denen ich aufgefordert wurde, unsere Reservierung erneut zu bestätigen und einem Link zu folgen, war ich verständlicherweise verunsichert. Deshalb habe ich den Vermieter direkt über Booking.com kontaktiert. Leider erhielt ich darauf mehrere Tage lang keine Antwort. Erst nachdem mein Sohn telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen hatte, bekam ich eine Rückmeldung. Auch auf meine Anfrage, ob ein Check-in eventuell bereits um 12 Uhr möglich wäre, erhielt ich zunächst keine Antwort. In solchen Situationen fühlt man sich als Gast natürlich nicht ganz wohl, insbesondere wenn man ohnehin schon aufgrund verdächtiger Nachrichten verunsichert ist. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich allerdings, dass am Tag der Anreise alles gut funktioniert hat. Wir erhielten rechtzeitig den Code für das Schlüsselfach und durften unsere Koffer bereits mittags unterstellen, obwohl der reguläre Check-in erst ab 15 Uhr vorgesehen war. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Lediglich eine schnellere und zuverlässigere Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hätte für ein deutlich besseres Gefühl gesorgt.
