    We knew the area and what we wanted to do, so had a very enjoyable three days in this pleasant flat.

    We liked the quiet location not far from Waitrose and the city centre, the understanding and willingness of the hosts to provide a late checkout, the light and airy nature of the flat and the heating, which sadly was needed at times despite being July!

    Sadly this did not live up to its "luxury" label. Crockery, glasses and cookware did not have the range or quantity we have experienced in other "luxury" properties. Similar, there was no welcome pack giving details of things we need to know about the property, e.g. rubbish and recycling, and useful info about the area, places to visit, places to eat, health services, etc. and no visitors' book.

    Disappointing

    The location.

    Not a luxury Apartment, would suggest Average. Needs updating, very tired in places i.E Bathrooms. Toilets not clean on arrival,needed cleaning prior to use. Bathroom bin not emptied. Plates and cutlery required cleaning prior to use. Fridge requires cleaning.
