    Lovely duplex with great location

    Location was perfect for our needs for this trip. Clean and spacious. Had everything we needed without being too fussy. Would return.

    Unfortunately we had some issues with the hot water but the hosts were very very fast in fixing for us. Would have preferred the second bedroom to have an ensuite rather than a separate bathroom and a proper shower rather than a handheld. We had to share our shower with the other guests.

    Overall our stay was good, the location was perfect. I would have rated the apartment higher if it wasn’t for the second

    Spacious upstairs and the kitchen had everything we needed for a couple of home cooked meals. Main bedroom and bathroom were great, brilliant location

    Second bathroom, it needs a proper shower, and second bedroom bed was really uncomfortable and only 2 single quilts

    Lage prima, Klimaanlage war defekt

    Lage prima. Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Schöne Räumlichkeiten.

    Wir haben extra eine Unterkunft mit Klimanalage gewählt. Die Klimaanlage war aber defekt. Wir wurden im Vorfeld nicht darüber informiert. Der Host teilte uns nach unserer Beschwerde mit, dass auf ein Ersatzteil gewartet wird und das Problem schnellstmöglich gelöst wird. Leider wurde das Problem nicht gelöst und unsere Entschädigungsforderung wurde vom host abgelehnt. Booking hat dankenswerter Weise versucht, hier zu vermitteln und zu helfen. Da es zur der Zeit extrem heiss war, wurde es auch in der Wohnung unerträglich warm. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster bedeutete, den extremen Lärm des Pubs und der morgentlichen LKW-Anlieferungen schlaflos ertragen zu müssen. Also absolut nicht akzeptabel. Zudem war zu dem Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts wohl auch die Brandschutzanlage ausser Betrieb, wobei ja hier nichts passiert ist.
