  awful communication , didnt get what id paid for. will never book again.

  it took 6.5 hr to access property after my check in. i was sent to another address. i booked a ground floor room and was sent to a second floor. i booked a room with kitchen and had no kitchen. wrong number to contact property . shower was dirty and no iron even though booking should have had one

  The apartment was dirty, damaged in places, and rundown. Do not recommend.

  There is ample parking, the apartment is quite spacious, and it set up quite nicely in terms of space and decorations.

  Our bad experience began with check-in. As we had been traveling extensively, we hadn't checked to see what the check in information was- only the check in time which is advertised as 14:00. We arrived around 14:15 and sent a message asking how to check in because up until this point we assumed there would be a desk or something similar since we hadn't received any information about a key box, code, etc. We got a message stating that the apartment was still being cleaned because "the booking didn't come through in time." I pointed out that the advertisement says 14:00 and that we had the place booked since one month before. The only other thing they said was "30Mins pls" because they "had guests check out late." We did try to call the number provided on the booking confirmation, but the automated message said it had been disconnected. On the one hand, we were okay with waiting because we wanted the place to be thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. On the other hand, as time passed and there was still no response we were super angry. We were able to check in one hour and 15 minutes after the advertised check in time. When we went in all the floors were wet. Strangely enough all of the bottoms of our shoes and feet turned black for the duration of the stay. Seemed to us like they used dirty mop water to do a once over, but it actually left the floor sticky and dirtier than it was to begin with. We also noticed how dirty many things were- black hairs on the bedding, sticky floors, holes in the walls, stained carpet, etc. Also, in the bathroom the colors are wrong on the bathtub water fixtures. So if you want cold you have to turn the red one, for hot turn the blue. This stay was rather shocking for us based on the previous good reviews.
