    Could be the best place I've stayed in, but with just one improvement.

    Great space, great facilities especially the air con. Good location

    Sash windows allow in a lot of noise. Not from the pub next door, which I'd expected, but from early morning dustbin lorries, delivery lorries, plus people just chatting in the early hours unaware that there are residents around - it's mainly offices and retail so they're oblivious. Better windows would have resolved this, but as they are it's hard to get unbroken sleep.

    The noise is persistent from 4 PM until the early morning hours. The apartment requires noise-proof windows, and the furniture needs deep cleaning.
