  It wasn't clean and wouldn't book again.

  The accommodation was not very clean upon arrival, sheets had not been changed for example. We alerted the contact who was meant to talk to their cleaners, it took a couple of days for this to resolved which meant spending money on alternative accommodation. Whilst it did get cleaned a few days into the stay it should of been clean upon arrival. We had been promised a refund for the first 3 nights but have not had anything through.

  Awful and dirty could not enjoy because of the reasons above

  Nothing, maybe only location

  1/ the sheets on all beds was not changed , you can clearly see hair on them. Very dirty old sheets 2/ one room had 5 beds in all side by side, no place to walk. Nothing like the pictures 3/ the host was unresponsive. I messaged them twice, once because no instructions on how to put heating and hot water on and one for dirty sheets and no response 4/ weird layout of house 5/ steps to go to second floor was very narrow you needed to walk sideways 6/ used dirty towel on floor of one room 7/ used/open shampoo pouch /sachet in bathroom not cleared. 8/ square toilet basins with round toilet seats 9/ sofa had crumbs on. 10/ No TV, only netflix
