צריך יותר תחזוקה בבית . תריס הסלון מקולקל צריך לתקן ולהתקין וילון יש הרבה מאד שמש בצד התריס הקול.

Location good, easy to get in and out of. Just those little things would have made it a perfect stay
Good location close to Hadar mall and central to where we needed to be.
I wouldn’t call the apartment luxury. It wasn’t that clean. Main ensuite no amenities except shampoo. There was no body soap. The kitchen didn’t have information rebating any appliances very little utensils. Laundry dryer lint isn’t been changed. Full of lint. Broom had hair all Over from previous cleaning. If you want to advertise as luxury it needs to be better kept and have all the needs for your guests:

The apartment itself is nice 7 out of 10.
The shades don’t work, owner not very accommodating. They charge a fee if you want to check in before 4 pm. Not right, especially on a Friday. They also want you to check out between 7 am- 10 am at the latest. Not very accommodating. The building itself is not nice. The hallways are dark with broken tile. The apartment itself is fine but owners could have done better by providing paper towels in the kitchen and maybe even a pod or two of detergent. Very stingy.
