    Schmutzig, renovierungsbedürftig, ohne persönlichen Kontakt, mit schlechter Kommunikation.

    Vor allem die Sauberkeit und teilweise der Zustand des Interiors führt zu Abwertungen dieser Unterkunft. Das schlimmste war der ausgelegte Teppich. Dieser war derartig verschmutzt und eklig, dass ich diesen zusammengerollt und auf die Seite legen musste. Leider ist das auf den Fotos nicht ganz so gut zu erkennen. Früher waren die Streifen mal weiß. Heute sind diese braun/grau. Einfach nur wiederlich. Außerdem beschädigte Möbel, Brandmelder ohne Funktion, lose Kabel, schmutzige Schubladen, usw....... Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vor der Anreise ist schlecht. Man erhält auf Anfragen tagelang keine Antwort. Check-in ist mit 04:00pm angegeben. Da es keine Rezeption gibt und niemand vor Ort ist, vermittelt es ein sehr ungutes Gefühl, wenn man keine Antwort, bzw. Information bezüglich dem Zahlencode für die Türe bekommt. Erst auf mehrmaliges schriftliches nachfragen habe ich endlich um 04:20pm den Zugangscode erhalten. Eine Rechnung habe ich auch nicht automatisch erhalten. Ich habe tagelang nach der Abreise mehrmals per Mail und per Text-Message den Vermieter kontaktiert und um eine Rechnung gebeten. Erst nach Zuhilfenahme vom booking.com Kundenservice habe ich nach über einer Woche auf Druck von booking.com hin eine Rechnung bekommen.
