    Better to book a hotel. No Luxury, misleading name.

    It's got 3 bedrooms. Dining table can seat 6 people. Couch had space for 6 people to hang out.

    The name is very misleading - there is absolutely nothing "luxury". It's a regular 3BR unit. I felt booking a hotel would have been much better since this stay is also managed by a company - not some Mom and Dad host. The check in is at 4pm which I feel is a bit too much. When I requested for early check in, I was asked to pay $20/hr fee conditional on whether there are guests the previous day. Ultimately the host allowed me an early check in by 1pm for free. 1. The key collection is a mess. 2. Only 1 room has AC. This should have been mentioned properly. 3. The place had a coffee machine but no coffee beans or anything. We had to go buy coffee beans in the morning. 4. You'll be far better booking a hotel/motel. Every Airbnb/Stay I've booked has so many supplies including condiments, ingredients to cook, glasses etc. This place was lacking in all departments. 5. Ensuite bathroom gets a little flooded upon taking a shower.

    Great please, pity about the management of it

    Location, Size, Facilities, Decor were all Excellent

    Three things: disorganised key pick-up/dropoff of keys, eg checkout is 10am on a Sunday but the dropoff location only opens at 12 on a Sunday, and after-hours box is impossible to find. Secondly, front door sticks and was faulty. Third, the instructions to the car park locations were incorrect, I ended up being locked in a lift at 630am, and having to deal with a lift emergency service that didn’t speak English :)

    It appeared cleaners between visitors had not done a good job, old food under the couch, rubbish left in draws etc Key collection and drop off was annoying
