    Terrible. Every aspect of it failed

    Nothing

    One bedroom in the cellar was damp We had to pay for the twin room beds to be split £25 and they didn’t leave enough towels for 6 people. We only had 4 The WiFi code didn’t work The bathroom banged all night The shower was just a trickle The lounge and table could only hold 4 people despite advertising as 8-10 guests The beds were awful. Mine was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor and one bed was so old you rolled into the dip in the middle. Each bed only had one hard pillow. Overall this was a disastrous home with terrible parking on a busy road and a terrible experience for all six of us. We would like a refund
