  Adequate for our requirements but definitely not “Luxury 5 bed house”

  The location was excellent for the purposes of our visit. It was great to find a house that could accommodate our large family gathering. The biggest bonus was having an en-suite or bathroom for each bedroom which allowed privacy and the ability for everyone to get ready in a timely manner for going out.

  Definitely NOT a luxury property. Although property has the capacity for 10 guests the kitchen is not equipped for this number of people which is frustrating as we were self catering. There was not enough cutlery for everyone to have a knife fork and spoon to eat with. The kitchen utensils were poorly chosen; there was a nut cracker (for all the occasions people eat unshelled nuts!) but not a vegetable peeler, a poor selection of kitchen knives, no weighing scales or dishes that could hold food for larger groups of people. The saucepans were not only not big enough for larger quantities of food but were also not clean. At least 4 of the saucepans had the burnt remains of food from previous usage on the bottom making them unusable. There was a knob missing from the cooker so although you could turn the cooker on there was no way of adjusting the heat settings; again very frustrating when you are self catering The dining table in the conservatory was only large enough to seat 6 so again not large enough for the 10 people that the house can accommodate. There is no heating in the conservatory or main lighting system, the lamp in the conservatory didn’t have a bulb so we ended up eating on our laps in the lounge. Some of the showers had a black mould, one of the toilet seats was broken and one of the sinks had significant cracks in the basin. Bedroom 1 shower leaked underneath and behind so that the wall and skirting board were beginning to rot and there was a significant patch of mould on the external wall. The radiator in the kitchen was leaking a significant amount of water from both ends and required us to put and leave saucepans underneath it to collect the water.

  Location, easy parking outside, spacious & clean

  Nice spacious property all mod cons and questionable ground floor showers.

  Good location for NEC - nice spacious property

  Ground floor showers were not good
