  Pool was perfect, great size and 2.5m deep in main part with a dive board, also shallow section for younger children, in june didn't need pool heating, great view from the villa and a great outside space, living room and kitchen open plan and sliding doors to the pool, lots of beach bars/restaurants within a 10 minute walk down a hill (tougher on walk back up tho) mini supermarkets around area that has was what you need also, cleaner came every day and changed towels/changed bins and was lovely if needed anything. Chania harbour area lovely and a 20min bus ride (bus stop or taxi depot by beach 10mins casual pace walk away), all enjoyed and had a lovely holiday. Filtered water a big bonus meaning don't need to buy water or ice.

  There was broken glass around pool area on arrival, maybe missed when cleaning prior to our arrival, there was a hand held small hoover that we used to clear it up, villa does have a hill upto it that maybe challenging for some but we manged. Would prefer a gas bbq instead of needing to buy charcoal but thats a matter of opinion! Lack of plastic cups for pool area, photos show a hammock and swings for children which weren't their, or a few of the pictured seating. None of the negatives stopped us from enjoying our holiday tho and would still recommend villa prigipessa

  Big and luxurious

  Very luxurious villa with many amedities and stunning view. Comfortable for a bigger group. Perfect for 10-12 people. Master bedroom was amazing. Pool is very deep-2.5m, so you can swim and jump.

  Some of the equipment is worn out and requires repair/replacement. Rooms below pool level have a view on a wall.

  Perfect for large groups

  We were 11 adults, staying for a week. The villa is perfect for a big groups, there are enough kitchen equipments to prepare meals, BBQ is great, pool is fantastic, we were able to eat breakfast in the yard and relax. The villa is very private and close to the town and beach. We had a great time.
