  長期間の宿泊には適さなかった

  夏の猛暑時に7泊したがエアコンの能力は十分だった。 部屋の内装と備品は値段相応に高級感がある。 ベッドの寝心地はよい 台所には必要な器具が揃っている。 中心街なので商店とレストランが沢山あり便利だ。 漏水、結露、電球の交換については指摘後即日修理と点検がなされた点は高く評価する。 吊り戸棚に頭をぶつけたという投稿があったが、洗濯物を乾かすためにはとても便利だった。

  鍵の引き渡し担当者R某は旅行者に必要な説明（エアコンの使用方法、公共交通機関、ゴミの処理方法）についての説明を何もしない役立たずだった。 公共交通が大変不便である。タクシーが来ないので駅に行くためのバス停まで700mも歩く必要があった。長期間に渡る道路工事中なので、この状況は長く続くことが予想される。 設備のメンテナンスが不備だ。洗面台の排水口が長期間漏水していてカルキが付着しているほどだった。 浴室のラジエーターパネルのバルブを閉じていないため、冷房用の冷水でラジエーターが結露して床が水浸しになった。 寝室の壁面ランプの電球が切れていた 食洗機の清掃がされておらず、フィルタにゴミが溜まっていた不潔だ。 契約にはない事項として食器の洗浄は宿泊客がやることとされていた。洗浄が不十分な不潔な食器があったので洗い直して使った。 ｗｉｆｉの速度が異常に遅く、携帯キャリアの1/10の速度しかなく、webの閲覧に時間がかかる。FAST.COMでの測定値1.3MBPS。（参考値、自宅は240MBPS） 公共のゴミ捨て場所をつかうために必要なEMERALD CARDが紛失していたため（紛失時は50ユーロ支払うことと書かれていたので、最初から無かったことを事務所に連絡した）、街のゴミ箱に生ゴミを捨てるよう指示された。 料金に見合ったメンテナンスがされていない点は非常に残念だった。

  Perfect option for your stay in Bologna

  Unbelievable location, directly at the main square of the city. House was very well equipped, designed and clean.

  Rooms were a bit cold during the night and we had a hard time adjusting the temperature/heating system. Main room could have curtains (only had blinds, which makes the room a bit dark)

  Quiet, central, family-friendly — exactly what we needed in Bologna.

  Great central location where the evening noise from the surrounding streets comes through only as a soft, muffled background — the bars and restaurants aren’t on this street, which makes a real difference. The sofa bed was genuinely comfortable, which mattered a lot traveling with kids. We could walk everywhere in the centre without worrying about tired, grumpy children on the way back. There’s parking about 15 minutes away, which made it easy to use the apartment as a base for day trips — we did Lucca, San Marino, Ravenna and Florence by rental car. In the evenings we’d just step out for an Aperol and pasta at one of the nearby places. Perfect setup for a family stay — though we’re already plotting a return without the kids.
