Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Wohnung waren gut, und die Aussicht auf die Alhambra traumhaft. Parken im nahegelegenen Parkhaus Victoria absolut i.O.
Im Badezimmer gibt es keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher aufzuhängen.

Penthouse Appartement in zentraler Lage mit deutlichem Pflege- und Unterhaltungsstau
Die zentrale Lage des Appartements ist günstig für alle Aktivitäten in der Altstadt. Die Küchenausstattung war für die Zubereitung eines Frühstück geradeso ausreichend.
Der vereinbarte CheckIn Termin wurde nicht eingehalten und um fast 1 Stunde überschritten. Die Klimaanlage war eiskalt auf voller Leistung eingestellt und lies sich nicht regulieren. Dadurch mußten wir in eiskaltem Zimmer und starkem Luftstrom die Nacht verbringen. Es hat sich am nächsten Tag nach mehrmaligen Kontakten mit der Verwaltung herausgestellt, dass die Steuerung über das Tablet im Zimmer auf eine andere Wohnung programmiert war und deshalb jegliche Einstellung unwirksam war. Schlußendlich wurde die AC durch die Verwaltung online ausgeschaltet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr abgewohnt und teilweise beschädigt. Die Küche ist in Austattung und Zustand sehr mangelhaft. Die Nespresso Maschine war defekt und wurde am 2. Tag ausgewechselt. Vorsicht bei Anreise mit Mietwagen! Die Straße ist stark beschränkt für nicht autorisierte Fahrzeuge und wird per Kamera überwacht - es drohen hohe Bußgelder. Wir haben im Viktoria Parkhaus ca. 100m entfernt geparkt. Kosten 21€ per Tag.

We found this place amazing great in almost every perspective: great location, accessible shops and small supermarkets, size for 2 persons, comfortable bed, two toilets and showers, modern modified kitchen. The most memorable thing is the view , which is a bit higher from the ground so you can see part of the city and Alhambra. Just lying on the main bed, you can enjoy this beautiful view. We enjoyed our staying very much.
One thing is that even turning off the aircon completely, the room stays cooler than we think. And we hope they can arrange one time free cleaning or at least changing towels. We knew that in most European cities, apartments do not always offer this. But with the price we pay and longer staying, I believe they should offer this service on the condition that we are not comparing the service to hotels.
