    Aucune nouvelle du propriétaire après 24h et une demande d’annulation toujours en cours et pas de remboursement

    Rien car j’ai payé un appartement qui n’est pas disponible. j’ai passé plusieurs heures a contacter le propriétaire pour avoir les clés mais personne ne m’a répondu par WhatsApp, appel, booking application et email.

    Le manque de respect et le manque de professionnalisme d’un établissement qu’on paye à l’avance dans une application sécurisée pour un service mais personne ne vous réponds et vous laisse toute la nuit dehors.

    This flat can be excellent if there is some else can look after this flat

    Dirty floor full of dust , shower curtain , shower hose , bed cover really dirty , full of hair, the responsible guy doesn’t respond to my messages , no internet, I couldn’t be able to watch any movie
