    Avoid this host. My confirmed reservation was effectively cancelled on the day of arrival because of an alleged burst pipe. While emergencies can happen, the way the situation was handled was completely unacceptable. The host repeatedly changed their story. First, I was told replacement accommodation had been arranged for my entire stay, but it turned out to be more expensive than promised. Then I was told they could only accommodate me for one night and that I would have to “figure out the rest myself.” Instead of taking responsibility, the host simply sent me phone numbers of other people and expected me to arrange accommodation on my own. The inconsistent communication, lack of responsibility, and unprofessional attitude caused unnecessary stress and left me scrambling to find accommodation at the last minute. To make matters worse, the host ended the conversation by making baseless accusations about my booking activity instead of trying to resolve the problem. A confirmed reservation should provide peace of mind, not uncertainty and last-minute chaos. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this host.
