    Hôte agressif et aucun sens du service : logement sale à l'arrivée et chambre non adaptée.

    La situation géographique globale du logement.

    Absence de professionnalisme et de sens commercial : À notre arrivée, le logement n'était pas propre (cheveux, déchets sous le canapé, sable sur le balcon, serviettes mouillées) et nous avons dû passer 2 heures à tout nettoyer. L'hôte n'a présenté aucune excuse et n'a cherché aucun geste commercial. Communication agressive et mauvaise foi : Dès qu'on pose une question cordiale (sur la 2ème chambre minuscule et son lit de 135 cm inadapté pour un couple), l'hôte devient agressif, de mauvaise foi, raccroche au nez et invente de faux reproches par message pour masquer ses propres torts. Logistique négligée : Malgré l'annonce de notre arrivée à deux familles, un seul badge d'ascenseur a été fourni au départ, compliquant fortement les trajets quotidiens. L'hôtellerie demande du respect et du service client, ce qui manque totalement ici.
