  Look for a hotel or property that stands behind its promises and actually takes responsibility when something goes wrong

  The location of Gale Miami Hotel & Residence is excellent, and the apartment itself is large, spacious, and well equipped. It has a full kitchen with an oven, stovetop, and dishwasher, as well as a washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient for a longer stay.

  Unfortunately, the major issues we experienced seriously affected our stay. The apartment has two air-conditioning units, but one of them was not working. As a result, the bedroom became uncomfortably hot and it was very difficult to sleep. We contacted the property owner about the issue, but despite multiple requests, no effective attempt was made to resolve it. The Wi-Fi situation was even more frustrating. There was essentially no usable Wi-Fi signal in the apartment. Despite paying $38.50 per day for Wi-Fi, a total of $217.55 for our stay—and contacting the property owner several times, nothing was done to fix the problem. We contacted them both directly via WhatsApp and through the Booking.com app. The owner even told us that the building’s maintenance team would be sent to address the issues, but in practice, none of the problems were resolved. Communication with the property owner was also very disappointing. While they did respond to our messages and were technically available, responding without actually resolving the problems is not enough. The most frustrating part is that we paid $217.55 for Wi-Fi that we simply could not use, while also dealing with a non-functioning air conditioner that made one of the bedrooms extremely uncomfortable. Overall, while the location and apartment itself have some very good features, the lack of action when serious problems were reported completely overshadowed those positives.

  Everything is beautiful here, the location, the view, the inside of the apartment, the lobby, … !!! Well kept and clean too

  Not many essentials, no clothes/rags to clean the kitchen as well as products for surfaces. We were 8 guests and had to use 2 personal towels because there weren’t Iron stand too small for a building like that. One of the showers had a loose connection and leaked water from behind

  The location was exceptional. Close proximity to every attraction and venue. The view of the city from the balcony, delightful.
