    Perfect location for a city centre stay

    Location perfect for city centre and yet quiet. Instructions for access using you tube was really helpful.

    Main bedroom - curtain pole falling - felt uncomfortable sleeping below it in case it fell. Towels too small, too thin. Towel radiators dirty - my towel went on it clean and came off it dirty. Pots left in dishwasher - we didn’t use it so left. No tea towel. Photos show more than one apartment so didn’t know which related to ours until we arrived.

    Poca accortezza nei dettagli Un solo asciugamano(telo doccia)a persona,due campioncini di bagnodoccia (per un soggiorno di 4 notti). Qualche cialda per il caffe e una bottiglia di acqua di benvenuto sarebbero stati graditi

    Central and solid

    Overall, we had a good stay. The apartment was solid and centrally located, and everything was well organized. We especially appreciated having air conditioning.

    However, since it was advertised as a “luxury apartment,” our expectations were somewhat higher. The apartment seems rather dated and, unfortunately, it was not particularly clean (hairs in the bathroom), and there was only little attention to detail (none of the clocks on the walls were working), the amenities were rather limited: (no kitchen towel or a few dishwasher tablets). There were also some issues with the bathrooms (scraping and noisy bathroom door,, one toilet is positioned so close to the shower that it is almost impossible for an average-sized adult to use comfortably, and toilet seat is loose). Moreover, an alarm sounded inside the apartment whenever the guests in the neighboring apartment used the code to open the downstairs door.
