  Appartement assez spacieux, confortable et équipé. Grande salle de bain. Comme sur les photos.

  La clim était difficile à régler, il faisait donc assez chaud dans l'appartement. Certains meubles, dont les chaises étaient cassés. La machine à laver fonctionnait mal également, on a due laver les vêtements à la main. Il n'y a pas d'éponge dans la cuisine, difficile de faire la vaiselle.

  Was OK.

  Communication with the host was excellent they responded to messages very quickly. Check-in and check-out were simple and easy. The apartment is close to the metro, just two stops from the Duomo Cathedral, and also close to Milano Centrale railway station. The apartment was clean.

  What I didn’t like was that our two-year-old child, weighing 13 kg, could not sleep on the extra bed because the slats supporting the mattress kept falling out. I had already seen this mentioned in previous reviews, but I hoped the problem had been fixed. Unfortunately, it had not. It wasn’t a huge problem for us, but it is not acceptable for adult guests either, as the bed cannot be safely used. Furthermore, the hand soap was empty, there was no mini shampoo or shower gel provided, and I was especially annoyed that there was no kitchen towel. These are basic things that I believe should be improved.

  Non sono presenti: tovaglioli in cucina, sapone per le mani, shampoo o bagnoschiuma, nessun offerta come capsule del caffè o thè. Il letto piccolo è impraticabile anche per una persona magra e siamo stati costretti a dormire in tre su un letto, il condizionamento fa troppo rumore e il prezzo è eccessivo per i servizi offerti. Ben sotto le aspettative, trovati anche dei peli sui teli e il cartone di una vecchia carteigenica sotto il Wc.

  Perfect for 2 adults not for 3 adults

  Proper and clean apartment which is located close to the metro and only 2 stops away from Duomo. We really enjoyed our stay.

  The third bed had, even after asking if the bed situation was updated (which they replied “ yes, you can sleep comfortable”), not changed. It is a foldable bed with a 5 cm thick “mattress” so you are basically sleeping on the bed boards.. you list for adults and this is clearly not a proper sleeping arrangement for a grown adult (also because your feet stick out of the bed)
