  Bien placé par rapport à Stratford international; Vaste appartement avec une grande chambre , sa salle de bain , beau salon et cuisine; Grande terrasse malheureusement non exploitée ( aucun meuble) Nous avons communiqué avec le propriétaire ou le gérant mais c’est une autre personne , très aimable,qui est venue nous remettre les clés;

  Un manque d’équipement côté cuisine et terrasse; Revoir le système pour tirer la chasse des wc.. il faut s’y reprendre à plusieurs fois; La personne qui nous a accueillis pour nous présenter l’appartement était très gentille et agréable. En revanche, nous avons moins apprécié l’attitude du propriétaire ou gérant qui a insisté pour nous joindre ( car la personne n’avait plus de batterie dans son téléphone) et nous faire comprendre qu’elle devait rapidement retourner travailler .Cela a mis une pression assez désagréable pendant la visite, alors que nous aurions simplement aimé pouvoir découvrir l’appartement tranquillement.

  We had a great weekend away with the plans we had. Owners really helpful and pleasant. But a few tweaks are needed with

  The location. The help from the owner was great as we got lost finding it and they kindly guided us to the property whilst on the phone. So thank you .

  It’s advertised as having toiletries etc, so we didn’t pack any .. had to buy them. The dishwasher was full of dishes.. which had finished a cycle…. Happy to put them away…. The freezer was full of frozen fruit? Milk? Etc??? Shower dirty.. the base has residue dirt in … I bought cleaning things before using it. Toilet didn’t flush properly. No air con working but they supplied a fan . Just disappointed as advertised as a luxury apartment, and it’s basic.

  Disappointing

  Great location, nicely furnished and comfortable. Balcony was good but needs some seating.

  The whole apartment needs some TLC and a deep clean. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes that we did not touch, the kitchen cupboards were not clean, the kitchen floor was not clean and the bins were dirty. There was a unwashed bed sheet left on the bedroom floor and the headboard needs a clean. The bathroom needs some tlc, although clean we had problems flushing the toilet and there was some mould around the shower. Also some confusion with checking in, as we were not told the name of the apartment block in advance, and we were not comfortable with leaving the key on the table and having to leave the door unlocked when checking out.

  Apartment area for use is as shown in photos. This apartment actually has two rooms and bathrooms but the one room and bathroom stays locked - it appears to be lived in and then vacated during booking times - not solely used as a booking.com property.

  Freezer had some food in. Dishwasher full of dirty dishes. Only one pillow per person on the bed. A fan in the room would be great. The apartment is not located above or near the Santi restaurant as indicated on the listing and photos.

  Great location due to us attending a concert in the London Stadium, but would not stay again for reasons stated.

  The property was nicely presented. Nice and tidy.

  The thing we did not like was there were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher which we did not touch. They were still there when we left. We didn’t eat in so not a problem. There was food left in the freezer. Cutlery was just all thrown in a bowl in a cupboard. Small things I know but in my opinion that is just a bit careless. Our biggest problem was the heat. Given there was a heat wave, the apartment was unbearably hot!! I would have thought there would have been at least a couple of fans in the rooms to help guests feel more comfortable. We didn’t sleep for two nights. I also think that having to stand and wait on a corner for someone to come an meet us to let us in was not very professional. We had no clue which building we were supposed to be at. That made me very uncomfortable. On leaving we had to contact the owner to find out about where to leave the keys. We left the apartment unlocked with the keys on the table inside. Again I was not very comfortable with that either.
