Weinig licht in woonkamer. Vrij rumoerig in de nacht als er mensen buiten staan bij cafe restaurants maar wat wil je als je in het centrum zit! Geen hand/theedoek aanwezig

Good for a city break
Location was excellent. We only wanted a base to sleep and this was perfect. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice and clean. Good shower and plenty of space.
A bit dated and not as bright as the photos make it look even with the shutters open. It rained one night and the drainpipe in the courtyard needs some attention as it is very noisy.

The location is excellent. We were disappointed by the host's reaction to problems.
We used a key box, very easy.
The location is wonderful, the living room is a great size, and the main bedroom suite is lovely. Unfortunately, the lack of care and attention from the host significantly marred our stay. We chose this flat specifically because it has two bathrooms. However, when we arrived on Thursday evening, there was water on the ensuite floor. We notified the host on Friday morning and asked for the issue to be resolved and for the soaking wet towels to be replaced, as we needed them to mop up the water. A plumber eventually attended on Saturday and removed the tap, but we were left without a working basin for the remainder of our stay. This meant having to walk to the kitchen to wash our hands and clean our teeth. Despite being promised fresh towels every day, none were ever delivered, and we never received clean replacement towels. We also never met the host in person, despite the problems we experienced. Other basic provisions were lacking. Although the kitchen had a dishwasher, no dishwasher tablets were provided. There was no welcome pack, no tea towels and only a tiny amount of washing-up liquid. To add to our frustration, on our last day we were accused of not having paid the tourist tax, despite having paid it and being able to provide photographic evidence of the payment. It is such a shame, as the flat has many positive features and the location is excellent. However, the absence of basic amenities, the failure to resolve the bathroom issue properly, the repeated promises of fresh towels that were never fulfilled, and the lack of personal attention from the host made what should have been an enjoyable stay a disappointing experience.

Worst accommodation and stay ever!
The only good things were that the location was good and the sheets were clean.
This is definitely not luxury, it’s more like a grubby dormitory, it was quite frankly depressing, the photos are misleading!!! The entrance was dark and dingy, stairs were uneven and sloping downwards so very dangerous especially with heavy luggage. If you have a mobility issue this is a nightmare. The entrance was shabby to say the least. The bathroom ceiling was covered with black mould, the jets on the jacuzzi bath, sink overflow and surrounding area also had black mould which is obviously very dangerous from a health perspective so clearly they don’t care but are happy to take the money. We were a party of 4 and stayed 5 days in the apartment and there was one toilet roll per bathroom and when we asked if there was a spare we were told this is not a B&B it’s an apartment and they only provide one roll! When we opened the dishwasher it smelt of rotten fish. We set it to run a hot cycle and the floor flooded with water which we had to mop. One toilet was blocked and the room smelt of sewage even after someone came to repair it along with the dishwasher. Apparently these issues had been reported but she said they hadn’t been dealt with!!! There was a coffee machine which stopped working. We had to buy toilet rolls, washing liquid for the clothes, paper towels as there were no tea towels to dry the dishes, hand wash, coffee and tea most of which we had to leave in the apartment as we were flying home. There was one bath towel and one hand towel per person for 5 days and no spares and no tumble dryer. Upon arrival we were asked to pay €96 for the tax and left €100 in the key box as requested, we didn’t have change and they did not leave the €4 at any point during the 5 days. The €4 isn’t the point it’s the principle! We were bribed to give a 10/10 review and if so we would be offered a discount on our next stay with any of their 16 properties in Rome by contacting them directly and not going through Booking.com.

Large comfortable apartment in a great central location.
Great location in walking distance of the Coliseum, Forum, Vatican, Trevi Fountains and lots of other sites. No more than 25 minutes to each. Lots of cafes, restaurants, bars and clubs. Apartment was spacious with comfortable beds and couches. Lots of light and high ceilings.
