    Lage ruhig, gut zum Einkaufen, zum Strand ca. 30 min. zu Fuß. Wohnung sehr sauber und Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, Helena war eine freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin.

    Расположение хорошее. Я в Ровине не первый раз, поэтому знаю этот район. Рядом Лидл , консум, пиццерия , хлебопекарня...мясная лавка, где можно заказать стейки, гамбургеры, фарш на котлеты или люля/- кебаб. На пляж мы ездили на авто...пешком не вариант. .Клима в полном объёме по всей площади...Изумительно.. Освещение по секторам...Хозяйка - красавица! Интернет устойчивый, сбоев нет. Тихо вокруг...

    Наточить ножи, диваны и кресло , похоже, отдыхающие использовали не принимая душ после моря. Не проблема, но стоит обратить внимание. Холодильник имеет небольшую трещину, но морозит.

    Fantastisch

    Erg mooi ingericht appartement met alle benodigdheden. Op loopafstand van supermarkt(en) en centrum Rovinj. De diverse stranden in de omgeving hebben wij met auto bezocht. Laad voorzieningen (DC) voor elektrische auto zeer dichtbij (4 stuks naast mc Donalds). Mooie schaduwrijke tuin met veel privacy was ook top. Wij hebben hier een fantastische week gehad!
