Great location, quiet and well resourced accomodation for our family.
We booked this property based on the reviews and had a really great stay. The reviews are accurate: fabulous location, proactive and helpful host, air con/lift, well resourced etc. Low ceilings as per pics added to the charm of this property, we really enjoyed our 4 night stay early Sept and wished we had booked for longer!
We should have booked for longer!

Luigi was great. Location was great. Apartment was great.
Luigi was fantastic. A great resource and responsive to our inquiries. The apartment was in a great location for us. Very safe neighborhood right next to the Pantheon. Four of us stayed and were very comfortable. The AC was wonderful due to the excess heat Rome was experiencing during our stay. The elevator was also nice as the apartment was on the 6th floor. We really enjoyed this apartment.
Nothing negative to say about this apartment.

Perfect location! Perfect place to stay! I loved every bit of it!!! Luigi goes above and beyond!
Even though I didn't meet Luigi, he made sure people were there when we arrived to drop off our luggage and to receive a tour and the keys. Everyone was very helpful.
My son and I loved the elevator but others felt it was too hot and tiny...
