  Disappointing and unpleasant experience.

  The Location was good. In rest, I do not have anything good to say about it.

  I don't even know what to start with. Everything started well, check-in process was smooth which I liked it. The double bed in the room wasn't good at all, very low and not very comfortable. The sofa from the living room, not very stable so my son struggled to sleep. The cleanliness wasn't on point. When you walk bare foot and get your feet dirty, that's how you can tell, whomever cleaned the property did a poor job. Cleanliness was not an major issue because my wife cleaned and that's it, not the end of the world, but I'm just stating that for others to be aware. I was very unpleased surprised to find out cos the property is not actually a Two bedroom flats like in advertising, Is one room and a big living room, with the kitchen. Lift extremely small. The windows needs mosquito nets big time, because they are lot's of mosquitos in the summer. While my wife tried to move on from all these inconveniences, after couple of days, it was a massive leakage, and because of that they've stopped the water for the day and night completely. We understand this kind of issues can happen and therefore we did not made big thing about it, but is not nice at all to go on holiday and to have to experience that. The landlady had two more properties near by so therefore my wife had to move with the kids in one of them. In that one bedroom flat, again it wasn't very clean, the aircon remote did not worked, something was wrong with the tv as well, toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, rubbish bin bags, all these little but very necessary things, were missing, I think it was one toilet paper only. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience for my family. I'll strongly advice everyone, to take pictures and videos before they start living. Everyone please be aware about city charges. I am sorry, I know this is not a good review and does not help the property, but everyone must know how the reality is.

  Experiență decentă

  - Locația excelentă! - Vederea superbă de pe balcon. - Multe magazine și puncte de interes în apropiere. - toate cele necesare în bucătărie (ustensile și ingrediente). - prosoape și lenjerie curate; - mașină de spălat, uscător păr etc. - televizor Smart cu Netflix; - se găsește relativ ușor loc de parcare; - gazde extrem de amabile;

  - prezentare care induce in eroare (două camere și living, care de fapt sunt o cameră și un living, suprafața de 80 mp). - lipsa unor plase pentru insecte. Poate am avut noi ghinion, dar a fost invazie de țânțari, ceea ce a adus numeorase pișcături copiilor noștri. Nu este vina proprietarilor, dar ar putea monta niște plase pentru insecte. - parchetul și ușile învechite, pete de igrasie în baie. - Altfel, un apartament cu mult potențial.
