Appartement confortable, propre et bien placé pour les visites à pied
L'appartement est confortable, propre, équipé en climatisation et bien placé pour les visites à pied. Les literies sont confortables.
L'accueil était correct mais plutôt froid par une personne qui ne connaissait manifestement pas beaucoup l'appartement. Il faut donner l'heure juste pour avoir les clés. Nous étions 6 personnes. Nous aurions apprécié d'avoir au moins 6 capsules de café pour le café du lendemain. Il était indiqué qu'il y avait une cafetière italienne mais c'était une cafetière à piston que nous avons du réparer pour pouvoir l'utiliser. L'équipement en vaisselle était dépareillé, nous aurions apprécié un couteau à pain et des petits bols ou récipients pour fruits/porridge et au moins 6 verres à vin. Tout ceci a été signalé aux hôtes le soir de notre arrivée mais pas de solution apportée pour nous. Bel appartement qui mériterait une remise à niveau !

Totally impersonal and careless service. You're on your own. I'd rather go back to a hotel next time
Not much!
The treatment overall was too cold and impersonal. No willingness to acommodate any single request. The wifi in the back rooms didn't work and they didn't want to send anyone to fix it. I'd rather go back to a hotel. Hotels nowadays have better service than corporate airbnbs. The whole personal experience of the host in airbnb has been lost.
