Perfect stay in Split – fantastic amenities and location!
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Split’s Old Town and the Promenade (Riva). The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, modern, and very well equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the spa area—the hot tub and sauna were fantastic and such a luxury after a day of exploring the city. A special mention to the property manager, Tanja, who was wonderfully friendly, helpful, and made check-in and communication completely effortless. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful modern and spacious apartment near Old Town
Tanja greeted us at the apartment with a lovely charcuterie plate and a homemade cake. She had also filled the fridge with some beers and a bottle of wine and also water. This was much appreciated. Tanja was friendly and knowledgeable about Split and gave us lots of suggestions. The apartment was immaculate and modern. We loved the coffee machine, the air conditioning, TVs in the rooms but our favourite was the hot tub which was perfect to relax in after being out and about all day. The apartment is about an 8 minute walk from the old town and the immediate area has supermarkets and restaurants. We had a lovely stay in this apartment and will definitely be back.
It was all perfect!
