Apartment sehr zentral, trotzdem nachts ruhig, sauber, herzliche Gastgeberin
Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin Daniela, die mich mit wertvollen Infos bezüglich Umgebung etc. versorgte. Lokales Gebäck aus einer Pasticceria sowie 1 Flasche Minteralwasser und Saft im Kühlschrank, ebenso Kapseln für den Espressoautomaten. Apartment sehr sauber, neues Bad mit Regendusche, Induktionsherd und Waschmaschine (die ich nicht benutzt habe). Gerne wieder, sehr empfehlenswert. *****

The host has been very nice and responsive to all types of needings, also going beyond our expectations. The location is excellent. The apartment is very well furnished and cozy. Highly suggested. Definitely good value for money.

lovely apartment and perfect hospitality, but mind the pump noise and somewhat loud environment
Very central location, first floor. The host reserved* a free parking spot right in front of the apartment, was very helpful and responsive and met us in person to show us around, and made sure we paid the ZTL and helped us with a way out of it. We enjoyed some complementary homemade cookies, enough to take home! They helped us with some food recommendations as well. *Note that it's simply a free spot on the street, and if you decide to take your car you would probably find it occupied when you return.
The internal room with double bed was not well isolated from the water pumps operating in the building, so anyone in the building using water at night caused loud noises. The small balcony in this room had no view, and the other bedroom has a small hatch to the stairwell of the building. The main balcony in the open space kitchen and entrance is facing a back alley, with occasional loud sound of live music and people, depending on if there is an event that night at the nearby place - although that sound does not leak to the bedrooms.
