Beautiful apartment, clean, close to the beach and felt very safe with 24/7 security!
Host sent us key code to the door
The pool is not heated and the jacuzzi’s were difficult to fill. Music from surrounding clubs was super loud till 2am on sunday night but the weekday nights were pleasant.

Nice, modern condo nicely appointed in a good location
The condo was fairly new and well appointed. It was decorated nicely. The bathrooms and kitchen had all supplies/necessities you would need. The beds were very comfortable. There’s a in unit laundry room if needed. There was a very nice note and bottle of wine to welcome us. The gal at from desk was so friendly and helpful. Very welcoming!
The communication from property manager was non existent. I had a few questions prior to arrival and got no response/answers. The only response I received is when I asked to check in an hour early and I got an “absolutely not”. We really wanted to use the gym but there’s a code on door to enter. After not getting responses on my other questions, I didn’t even try to get the gym code. I was traveling with my elderly parents and discovered the building has steps to every entrance which made it hard for my parents to enter. There are elevators once you get into building though. The location is close to marina so lots of restaurants and activities which was nice but the nightlife in the area went on until about 2am. The noise, mostly music blasting, was loud inside unit.

Exceptional
My stay at this airbnb was phenomenal. The host was very attentive. The airbnb is located in a great area. My guest and I were able to walk some places that was near by such as food places and Walmart. The airbnb itself was very clean, modern, and spacious. I would definitely recommend the airbnb and I will be staying here the next time I vacation to Cabo.
