They overbook and then cancel last minute saying the property has been damaged.
Very unprofessional and dishonest. The day before our stay they asked me to cancel the booking because: “we’ve had serious damage to the apartment due to flooding, and unfortunately we are unable to accommodate you”. Then Booking support told me that they were simply doubly booked and wanted me to cancel to avoid having trouble. They did not help us nor find an alternative accommodation. People can make mistakes, but not lie like this. Stay away from this!
