    Fantastique, exactly what we needed

    Loved everything, from the apartment, the support from the host, and the location. One of the best beds I've slept in in a rented apartment. Ample bathroom, well-equipped kitchen

    Disappointing.

    Location perfect for visiting the sites around Madrid on foot. Good size apartment.

    The apartment is not in the location advertised. Its about half a mike from there. The bed is genuinely the worst we’ve slept on, dipped on the left side, a very cheap poor quality bed. Caused back and shoulder ache. This is apartment no. 3 in the block. Part of the top of the wardrobe contains pipework hidden behind pieces of chipboard which fell out from height as we opened it. Exposing think dust. There was a very bad sewage smell from the bathroom into the adjacent bedroom. The electric towel rail had wires hanging out. The kitchen electric hob was cracked and very scratched up. The place hadn’t been cleaned properly with rubbish sticking out from below the sofa. Overall a very poor experience that cost €250 euros per night, an absolute rip off for what it is. Owner uninterested. Never again. Ruined our 25th anniversary.

    empfehlenswertes, gut gelegenes Apartement für einen Madrid Besuch

    Eine sehr gute Lage, direkt bei La Latina, wo sich viele Restaurants befinden und die Metro. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, man kann kochen und sogar eine Kaffemaschine ist vorhanden. Die grosse Glasfront bietet eine schöne Aussicht.

    Die Strassenreinigungsmaschinen mitten in der Nacht stören die Ruhe, aber sonst nichts Negatives.

    The location is perfect. It is central, near the palace, but it is also in a relatively quiet area. The kitchenette has everything needed.
