Unfortunately, our experience at this apartment was quite disappointing. There was a very strong and unbearable sewage smell coming from the bathroom, to the point where it was extremely difficult to stay there comfortably. The towels also had an unpleasant smell, and the cleaning seemed to be only superficial. The apartment felt very empty and lacked many basic things you would normally expect to have during a stay. Another major issue was the air conditioning. There is only one small AC unit in the living room, with no air conditioning in the bedrooms. As the apartment is quite large, the AC was simply not powerful enough to cool the whole place, and the bedrooms became extremely hot and uncomfortable. Overall, these issues significantly affected our stay, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this apartment.

Boravak u Luxury Apartments Mostar – Ortiješ bio nam je pun pogodak. Apartman je puno ljepši uživo nego što smo očekivali – prostran, moderan, uredan i što je najvažnije, besprijekorno čist. Osjećali smo se ugodno od samog dolaska i imali smo sve što nam je trebalo. Lokacija nam je također odgovarala jer je kvart tih i miran, a Mostar je vrlo blizu ako ste autom. Posebno nam je bilo praktično što su trgovina, kafić i igraonica za djecu praktički na par koraka od apartmana.Domaćini su stvarno za svaku pohvalu. Ljubazni, susretljivi i nenametljivi, ali uvijek dostupni kada nešto trebate. Takav odnos prema gostima danas se stvarno cijeni. Ako tražite smještaj gdje možete imati mir nakon obilaska Mostara, dovoljno prostora i osjećaj kao da ste kod kuće, ovo je definitivno mjesto koje vrijedi rezervirati. Mi ćemo ga svakako imati na umu za sljedeći dolazak u Mostar. Sve preporuke!❤️

المكان نظيف وواسع ومتوفر فيه معظم المتطلبات لا يبعد كثيرا عن وسط البلد إلا انك تحتاج للسيارة انصح بالسكن فيه في فترة الشتاء
عدم توفر أجهزت تكييف في غرف النوم ليس هناك إلا مكيف واحد فقط في الصالة وصغير الحجم لا يفي بالطلب
