Расположение очень крутое - в самом сердце старого города. Вокруг рестораны, кафе, магазины, в шаговой доступности все ключевые локации достопримечательностей. Гуляли только пешком. Очень понравилось, что разрешили выехать позже из-за переноса рейса, спасибо!
Апартаменты немного уставшие. Вода в раковине на кухне не уходит, мы мыли ягоды и чашки, поэтому не критично, в ванной вода подтекает на пол. Не сразу нашли нужную арку для входа

Spacious apartment to spend few days in the old town of Yerevan
Spacious apartment located right in the old town of Yerevan. The apartment is huge and has all the conveniences. It was easy to pick-up the keys at the security downstairs. Were also provided with all the necessary instructions upfront. Kitchen had all the basic appliances and utensils to cook your own meals. Two bedrooms were big and comfy. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
Wifi quality was poor most of the time. Sufficient for casual browsing but do not expect to take any Teams calls if you expect to work. Also the sound insulation in the building is not so good, we have heard neighbors chatting behind the wall at 5 in the morning. As apartment starts to show some wear and tear, it may be good to fix some minor cosmetic things (although not critical in my opinion).

Nice location, the flat was clean, staff was supportive
Nice interior, the floor was with hitting, were enough of dish and cutlery. I liked it
