  A fantastic, spacious and spotless apartment in a perfect location, with a wonderful owner and every

  The apartment The apartment was spotless, thoughtfully furnished and exceptionally well equipped—truly an example for other hosts—with private parking directly outside. It had two enormous bedrooms, each almost the size of a living room, with its own bathroom, large built-in wardrobe and TV. Together with the sofa bed, the apartment could accommodate up to six guests. There were three air-conditioning units, three TVs, three balconies and shutters that kept the heat outside. A conveniently located shared washing machine and the owners’ laundry products were available to guests. Larger groups could also rent the neighbouring apartment and connect both apartments through a private entrance hall. The owner and our arrival The extremely kind, welcoming and classy owner personally waited outside to hand us the keys. She had cooled the apartment before our arrival, which was wonderful after a long journey in almost 40-degree heat. It was so comfortable that we stayed inside and rested for the remainder of the day. She deserves great praise for the way she looks after her guests. The location and beach The location on Čiovo was excellent, just a two-minute walk from a beautiful, clean beach with clear water, showers and toilets. Cafés, bars, restaurants, takeaway options such as pizza, fries and burgers, and jet ski rental were all nearby. A reasonably priced Ribola supermarket was approximately 100 metres beyond the beach. One taxi-boat stop offering an easy connection to the Riva in Trogir was a five-minute walk away; another stop was about ten minutes away in the opposite direction. Everything we needed was within walking distance, so we did not use our car once during the entire week. Bar Borkko, on the other side of Čiovo, is also worth visiting for its beautiful views, lovely water and lively atmosphere. Overall impression We particularly loved the enormous bedrooms, excellent facilities, perfect location and outstanding hospitality. Nothing disappointed us.

  Honestly, there was nothing we disliked about our stay. The apartment, facilities, location and communication with the owner fully met our expectations.

  Потрясающе оборудованы, удобное месторасположение.

  Спасибо большое! Брали номер-студия с видом на море на двоих. Остались очень довольны: все оборудовано для комфортного проживания , порадовало наличие разнообразной посуды и столовых принадлежностей для полноценного приготовления пищи. В жизни даже лучше , чем на фото, свежий ремонт. Мария замечательный и приятный человек - посоветовала куда сходить и как лучше добраться . Всем рекомендуем! Удобное месторасположение в плане инфраструктуры: рядом отличные пляжи и магазин.

  10/10! We had a wonderful stay at Luxury Apartments Villa Tea. The apartment was impeccably clean, had all the facilities we needed and a fully equipped kitchen. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. The highlight was definitely our lovely host. She was incredibly kind, responsive and always checking if we needed anything. We felt very welcome and would absolutely recommend Villa Tea to anyone visiting Okrug Gornji! ❤️
