    The only thing I liked was the location. I really appreciated that the owner had left some supplies for us to use, like baby wipes, toilet paper etc. she responded immediately to our requests, especially with a problem we had with an oil smell coming in from the basement. There was some work happening with the oil tank in the basement and the smell was coming in the apartment. She brought someone in to fix it and it was really nice of her.

    This is not a luxury place. The name of this place is misleading. The kitchen was very old and smelly. The pans were old and needed replacement. One of the rooms had no AC and it looked like a prison with a bunk bed and grey dark paint. The bathroom was not cleaned at all. I could see the dirty marks on the walls. Beds were very uncomfortable, and the closets in the room couldn't be used. One of them was used as storage from the owner and the other one had no hangers or shelves and had a bad odor. Some people complained about the pageants smell in the balcony. It did not really bother me, although there were too many mosquitoes to enjoy the balcony. I regretted booking this apartment and especially for three weeks. We were so happy when we finally left.

    The location is fantastic. Next to Kavouri public beach. I used to live nearby and knew the neighborhood. Would recommend it 100%. The apartment was clean and big enough for our family

    Luxury is more than exaggerated. Took many pics of the inside. It is quite old and the interior has been completely cobbled together for rental. It is fair but sure not the standard displayed. Nothing really bad but far from the atmosphere you get from the photos you see while renting.
