    We enjoyed our stay at the flat. It was nice and clean and had everything that you need.

    Perfect for us

    The location was fabulous for our needs, it was a little away from Eastbourne centre but that was ok for us. The apartment was accessible and all flat from the carpark right through the apartment. There was a lift to get us to the correct floor. I was travelling with my 99 year old mother who is mobile but not great with stairs so it was important that it was all on a level. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was great. The balcony was lovely. I sat watching the sea while having my breakfast, great suntrap even in mid October. The basket of blankets was really useful for sitting out in the evening. The host Jane is exceptionally helpful, especially when we had an issue with the fob for the car park gate, we found a workaround with no dramas.

    Excellent location

    Excellent location on beachfront. Lovely balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy the view. Clean and tidy. Kitchen fully equipped.
