  Appartamento bellissimo a due passi dal mare

  Appartamento davvero molto bello, spazioso e dotato di tutti i comfort, con aria condizionata in tutte le stanze e una bella veranda. Markus è stato gentilissimo, ci ha dato indicazioni utili su Sal Rei ed è rimasto in contatto con noi durante la vacanza per assicurarsi che andasse tutto bene. La spiaggia di Estoril è a soli 2 minuti a piedi, una comodità impagabile per godersi il mare e tornare in appartamento in qualsiasi momento della giornata. Abbiamo trovato anche alcune bevande in frigorifero, un piccolo gesto molto apprezzato. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene, consigliatissimo!

  Durante il soggiorno non sono previste pulizie (non so se eventualmente vadano richieste), ma per noi non è stato un grosso problema, visto che avevamo a disposizione la scopa e la lavatrice.

  Title: Beautiful beachfront apartment, but a few things could be improved

  The location is excellent, right next to the beach. The apartment is beautiful, modern, clean and comfortable, with a lovely balcony. The host is very friendly and helpful, and also owns what I consider one of the best restaurants in Boa Vista. I highly recommend both the restaurant and the apartment! Finally, the rubbish disposal area is not next to the building, so you have to walk a little to reach it. Despite these issues, it's a lovely apartment in a great location, and I would still recommend staying here. A few small improvements would make the experience much better.

  There are a few things worth mentioning. The host asked whether I would be using the second bedroom. Without thinking much about it, I said no. However, the second bedroom was already locked, and he did not unlock it. Since I was only staying for three nights, I didn't make an issue of it. Nevertheless, when you rent an entire apartment, I believe all rooms should be accessible without having to request access. There was also no wardrobe to hang clothes in the accessible part of the apartment. Perhaps it was in the locked bedroom! 😊 The host arranged my airport transfers, but unfortunately the driver was not particularly courteous. On arrival, he didn't offer any help with my luggage. I can easily manage my own bags, but it's a matter of basic courtesy. The return transfer was even more disappointing. The driver arrived 15 minutes late and, despite telling me he would be there in just two minutes, kept me waiting outside in the rain. This was particularly stressful because I had a flight to catch and there were no taxis readily available around the apartment. Being kept waiting in the rain based on an inaccurate arrival time was both frustrating and inconsiderate. I strongly recommend arranging your own taxi rather than using this transfer service. Taxis are easy to find in town. Another inconvenience is the lack of an outdoor tap to rinse your feet after returning from the beach. There is only a brush, which isn't very effective or particularly hygienic. This also means sand and dirt can easily end up inside the apartment.

  Appartamento lussuoso ma assediato dalle blatte

  Posizione, cura nell’arredamento

  Presenza di una quantità insostenibile di blatte piccole che entrano dagli scarichi del bagno e grandi che entrano dalla porta: ce le ritrovavamo nelle valigie, sui mobili in mezzo ai vestiti, ovunque.Scale e corridoio di uscita pieni di blatte sulle pareti e che correvano sul pavimento rendendo la vita nell’appartamento alquanto sgradevole.Il proprietario si è attivato inutilmente, entrando anche nell’appartamento in nostra assenza, (affermava che fosse suo diritto farlo in quanto proprietario)e peraltro criticando ripetutamente la nostra gestione dell’aria condizionata.
