  Great apartment - customer service ZERO!

  A huge, very well equipped apartment. Spotlessly clean and an amazing terrace. 3 very spacious bedrooms, 1 en suite, the other 2 had access to a bathroom each. Lots of storage space, towels were a little jaded but clean. The lift opens out into the apartment which made carrying luggage etc much easier.

  Day 1 - the problems began with a kettle that didn’t work. The plug in the sink of the ensuite bathroom couldn’t be removed without using a knife. The hairdryer had a 2 pin plug – all sockets in the apartment are 3 pin UK standard, with the exception of one on the kitchen island. After making contact with the manager and over 30 messages exchanged including – “can you try filling the kettle with water and plugging it in, can you try a different socket” - Really? Can you send a photo of the kettle, can you send a video of you filling the kettle and plugging it in. Can you send a video of why the plug in the bathroom sink isn’t working ….. Really? We can send you an adapter for the hairdryer. A promise that “the team will be escalated” raised our hopes, however after more and more messages almost every day – and repeated requests for the videos again, no one came to the apartment and nothing was fixed, When I mentioned that I didn’t think it was safe to boil water using a saucepan the response was that he did not think it was unsafe – perhaps not to him, however to my husband who suffers from dementia, making the tea in the morning is a small achievement for him – but NOT with boiling water from a saucepan.

  Cudowny czas

  Duży, piękny i bardzo komfortowy apartament. Taras jest rewelacyjny i zdecydowanie stanowi jeden z największych atutów tego miejsca. W każdym pomieszczeniu znajdowała się sprawnie działająca klimatyzacja, co przy wysokich temperaturach było ogromnym plusem. Bardzo doceniliśmy również to, że przy każdym pokoju była osobna łazienka z toaletą, dzięki czemu każdy miał zapewnioną prywatność. Duży, przestronny salon połączony z kuchnią był idealnym miejscem do wspólnych rodzinnych spotkań. Dodatkowym udogodnieniem jest winda prowadząca bezpośrednio do mieszkania. Mimo że apartament znajduje się blisko ronda, w środku praktycznie nie słychać ruchu ulicznego. Na dole znajduje się sklep, więc codzienne zakupy można zrobić bez problemu. Do plaży można dojść spokojnym spacerem w około 10 minut. Wieczorami z tarasu mogliśmy nawet podziwiać pokazy sztucznych ogni w pobliskich miejscowościach, co było bardzo miłym dodatkiem do pobytu. Zdecydowanie polecamy ten apartament, szczególnie na rodzinny wyjazd.

  We had a great stay and Mathew and team were very helpful and always came back to answer any questions.

  We loved the Location and the Vast Balcony and the property was so spacious.

  Belle découverte

  Appartement comme décrit dans l'annonce. Les points positifs sont qu'il est très spacieux, facilement accessible et les 3 chambres avec chacune une salle de bain est très bien car nous étions 2 familles avec enfants.

  Pour les points négatifs, la taque de cuisson passe en erreur toutes les 5 minutes, le village de Marsaxlokk est très proche mais pas convaincu car zone industrielle, reçu une seule clé (il est vrai que nous n'avons pas demandé une deuxième). L'appartement est grand mais beaucoup de vide un bureau serait intéressant. Une fenêtre d'une des chambre ne possédait pas de rideau et donc beaucoup de luminosité, nous avons occulté la fenêtre avec des valises. Pas de possibilité de garder la chambre après 11h00 alors qu'elle était libre.
