    El departamento es cómodo, bien equipado y muy bien ubicado, por lo menos, a nosotros nos gusta mucho esa zona del centro de Madrid.

    Durante nuestra estadía había unos de los departamentos que estaba en obra y fue muy ruidoso y el edificio lamentablemente estaba sucio porque los obreros usaban tanto el ascensor como las escaleras. Se lo informamos a las personas que lo administran, y nos dijeron que no estaban al tanto de los trabajos, pero tampoco intervinieron para que por lo menos, no hicieron ruido desde tempranos. Nos dijeron que solicitaron un resarcimiento por las molestias, que después de 15 días de terminada nuestra estadía, nunca más se comunicaron con nosotros. No pueden no saber que el edificio está con arreglos si es un departamento destinado a alquiler vacacional y además, no intervenir para mejorar nuestra estadía.

    Happy with the experience

    Fantastic location, we were in walking distance from everything. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious, we got the whole floor to ourselves. There were a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and a dish washer, detergent was provided for both! The internet was excellent. The AC provided cold air throughout the whole apartment.

    The electricity went out a few times, but it was quickly solved once the problem was located as you could manually reset it from within the apartment. Approximately half of the electrical sockets did not work. Check-in took some time as we couldn't enter the building with the provided info and couldn't reach the staff. Once contact had been made we had no more issues.
